Abstract
The ability to manage a supply chain flexibly and responsively is essential to competitive advantage, particularly for small and medium-sizes enterprises (SMEs) that lack the economies of scale of larger firms. An examination of the relationship among organizational culture, information technology (IT) competence, and supply chain agility leads to a conceptual framework that can help SMEs structure their business strategies and practices to keep them aligned with market changes.
