Biography
I am passionate about education and have seen how it can transform individuals and families. I am a Lecturer in Networking and Cybersecurity within the Department of Digital Technologies. I have been teaching for over three years in various Computer Science subjects. I hold two Masters degrees and bring over thirty years of industry experience and started my first job as a research engineer at GEC Research Labs and then went on to senior roles at Cisco Systems and various NHS Hospitals. I have been fortunate to have founded multiple technology start-ups in cybersecurity, software trading hubs, industrial-class software bots, and NHS messaging apps. My research interests lie within Cybersecurity and AI.
