Biography
Kim teaches as part of the Additional Needs lecturing team, teaching across both undergraduate and post graduate routes within the Instutute of Education. Kim joined the University in 2019, having spent over 5 years working as an Inclusions Leader in a small primary school in Hampshire, in an area of high deprivation, with above national average percentages of pupil premium funded pupils and pupils with additional needs. Prior to this she was a SENCo and teacher, having taught the full primary age range over 15 years.
Kim was awarded her NQPSL ( National Professional Qualification for Senior leaders) in 2019 and is NASENCo accrediated (2016)
