Ann has held various human resource management positions at both operational and strategic level roles for several multinational organisations, ranging from retail, food processing, and manufacturing across the private sector.

Prior to joining the University of Winchester as a lecturer in Human Resourse Management, Ann also spent a number of years teaching in a reputable university college in Malaysia
